Be sure to listen to episode 1 with trendsetter, shaker and mover, NFL Buffalo Bills tight end coach Phoebe Schecter.
I don't even know where to begin in describing Buffalo Bills tight end coach Phoebe Schecter because she's so much more than that.  But, she was indeed on the coaching staff of the NFL's Buffalo Bills dishing orders to some pretty testosterone laden football players, and more than held her own. She's been an NFL coach, and guess what, still coaches and plays contact football herself in England. This is a very interesting story about how a talented woman worked her way into the male dominated NFL as staff coach.   You just have to come on in here and check out shaker and mover, and trendsetter, Phoebe Schecter.
Today I chop it up with fashion influencer Adaleta Avdic, an amazingly smart, beautiful and wise business woman who taught me a thing or two about how to get some things done!  Adaleta calls herself "a skincare crazed fashionista," which she is, and covers topics such as beauty, fashion, travel, lifestyle; and she has her own blog and podcast too which you'll really love listening to as well. Check her out here where we chat about what she does, how she does it, and how you can do it too; and, we get a bit out of bounds on some important issues of the day. Definitely check out Adaleta's website here: https://www.adaatude.com/
We've chatted with swimmer extraordinaire Grant House in the past. Grant is trained by legendary coach Bob Bowman, Michael Phelps coach. Today we catch up with Mr. House just ahead of one of the biggest moments of his life, the 2021 USA Olympic Trials (Omaha, Nebraska, June 13th-20th, 2021) where Grant will compete in 4 of those 5 events in an attempt to make the Olympic Team. Come on in and check out this amazing athlete and how he he's preparing for the big moment.
This is an unusual one.  The saying goes that to be great, you must surround yourself with great people.  Christine Warren is such a person. Warren broke both ankles, each a year apart, while horseback riding.  Even though she was a successful and high level competitive equestrian rider, she decided this type of riding must come to an end.  What to do? She figured why not try HIIT training, and then running, and then triathlons, you know, to see what that stuff's all about.  In a short 3 to 4 years, she's made it on to the elite competitive triathlete scene.  She's a star and a threat there now.  But how about this: she's also a music star, a world class musician and sight reader.  Christine's played with the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra - and many, many other orchestras of the same caliber - as well as likes of the legendary rock and roller Pete Townshend of the Who.  Now this is an unusual person. "Between all the training and racing, Christine still maintains her career as a professional freelance oboist and English hornist, playing with several top-tier orchestras such as the LA Phil, Pacific Symphony, and Santa Barbara Symphony, and for operas, musicals,  staged shows, TV & film, as well as teaching private lessons and formerly at the collegiate level." It's rare to discover someone like Christine who's world class in two distinctly different vocations.  She is such a rarified type of person that you simply have to come on in and check her out. Her story about how this all evolved is in this two part interview, episode one here.  Come on in, check her out.  You'll be glad you did.  She's amazing! (For coaching and nutrition counseling - and music lessons if you're so inclined, reach out to Christine here: http://www.cmwsbr.com/)

I'm chatting it up here today with multiple events Olympic Trials Qualifier Swimmer, Grant House, a 2021 Olympic candidate.   We talk about his rigorous training, conditioning program, his goals and aspirations for the 2021 SUMMER OLYMPICS GAMES in Tokyo, Japan.  I believe Grant has a solid probability to make the cut and even medal.  We talk about the Olympic Team Qualifying meet (Trials) as well as what it takes to be an Olympic team candidate; and what it's like to train and compete at the absolute highest levels. Aside from Grant's manifest talent, he's also coached by the legendary Olympic Coach, Bob Bowman, Michael Phelps coach, so we know along with Grant's talent that he's got the right watchman.   Come on in, take a listen, and give a shout out of support to Grant!
The last episode, here again is the great oncologist Dr. Charles Meakin, cancer fighter.  Listen in and learn just how much you actually have in common with this oncologist who loves math, physics, and battles cancer; but who as well is an avid outdoor fanatic who hikes, skis, climbs, someone like us who moves around quite a bit. Come in and have some fun with us in this both serious, and fun discussion.

Cancer has many a righteous foe, none more intensely focused on the enemy than Dr. Charles Meakin.  Meet the good Dr. here and learn just how much you actually have in common with this oncologist who loves math, physics, and battles cancer; but who as well is an avid outdoor fanatic who hikes, skis, climbs, someone like us who moves around quite a bit. Meet the good Dr. Fred Blum, a man dedicated to the  service to others.  He started his career as a holistic chiropractor which ignited a spiritual journey leading to his new calling as a Life Coach; and sometimes an elite athlete "mind coach." Dr. Blum is an expert in helping people live the lives that they were made for.  It doesn’t matter if you are the CEO of a billion dollar corporation or a stay-at-home mom, world class athlete or simply an everyday individual.  When that deep inner voice of yours is telling you somethings not quite right, he’s your man.   For nearly three decades he's been a transformation Coach and Speaker and has been helping executives, high performers, athletes and everyday folks create powerful new ways of thinking that produces results, all while teaching you how to maintain a balance of Body, Mind & Spirit.  Rather than administering traditional advice, Dr. Blum focuses on having meaningful discussions with his clients (that means he actually listens!) that allows you to arrive at your own insights and solutions to help you to see, and then work on, solving your internal issues. The bottom line here is you simply have to listen in to check out this fascinating individual, a Dr of the mind.    After you listen to this show, if you want to contact the Dr for a free consultation, you can do so via: Phone:  (512) 584-9075, or   via email at drfred@energyrichliving.net Come on in, check this man out.  He's a fascinating practitioner of the mind.....
Meet Olympian and Nutritionist Nall Richesson, a classic A(+) personality and achiever. Anita is an Olympic swimmer with a list of achievements too long to list here, but here are a few: She's a 3 Olympic medals; Gold, Silver & Bronze; Is a 3-time world record holder; Is a 5-time D1 All American; Has been Inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame; That list above would be even longer but, during her competition days, due to unexpected and unfolding health issues such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and other health issues, it made training and competing difficult and eventually impossible.   When no Dr's. had solutions, she took matters into her own hands and figured it out by herself. This show is about how she wouldn't take "we can't figure it out" for an answer, how she dug in her heels and figured out how to solve these problems that so many of us suffer from too; and put together a nutrition and mindset program to fix herself, and you too. Take a look at just some of the types of people who come to her for her nutritional programs: Fellow Olympians; UFC Fighters; NFL Players; Other elite athletes; and folks like you and I. She says, to paraphrase, 'you just don't have to feel this (that) way'. Anita is compelling, smart, highly achieved and can most certainly help you get where you need to go too. Listen in!  Anita will enchant you.....
Today we wrap it up with Seth Pepper, elite level sports psychologist.  Listen to episodes 1 and 2 to get the full story. As a final reminder, Seth work with super high level athletes, pro golfers, NBA players, MLB, Olympic level athletes, and the list goes on and on, assisting them in achieving higher success in their sports.  But he also works with CEO, COOs, entrepreneurs, anyone for that matter with an obstacle to overcome in order to get to that often elusive "next level."   This is what Seth Pepper does! Before Seth became a sports psychologist he was a world class athlete in the massively competitive sport of swimming. He was a sprint freestyler and butterflyer.  Take a look here at only some of his athletic achievements: Hall of Fame (HOF) Inductee, University of Arizona (UA) Was the greatest male butterfly/sprint freestyle swimmer in UA history A 14-time D1 All-American D1 NCAA silver medalist, two times, 100-yard butterfly D1 NCAA gold medalist with the third-fastest time ever swam Fastest 50-yard butterfly split in history D1 BCAA third and fifth finishes, 50 and 100-yard freestyles US Olympic Trials qualifier And at the time of his HOF induction Seth held the school record in both the 100-yard butterfly (46.51) and the 100-yard freestyle (43.44). This was a super successful athlete speedster and a fast and furious man. But, I think the most fascinating part of Seth's athletic athletic career is how he became a high level athlete; believe me, it's not the way most people do it; and its this method that he practiced on himself that he serves up to his clientele, helping them get exactly where they need to go. You just have to listen in to hear his truly unique story of how he got into the fray, how he eventually topped the fray, and how following that he now helps you top the fray. Also, if you'd like, Seth would be pleased for you to reach out to him here: 1) http://www.sethpepper.com/ 2)https://www.facebook.com/SethPepper Come on in, check this one out.  You'll be glad you did.
